Automated Pet Preform Production System

System with 5 CPUs of which the main-control CPU runs CIP-Code for the take out device on the operating system vxWorks. CIP-Code supports about 55 digital inputs and 55 digital outputs and communicates with the rest of the system via 11 channels, including communication to the user interface by TCP/IP on Ethernet and communication to periphals by CANOpen.

Railway Track Measurement System

J. Müller AG Effretikon

LASER scanner and gyrocompass data are used to calculate track deviations and control the machine.

5 CPUs (68040, 68360) on VME Bus, 18 binary, 16 analog inputs, 16 binary, 16 analog outputs, 5 communication channels, VME and CAN peripheral interface, shortest cycle time 1 ms.

Implemented with HIWARE Tools.
